PLEASE NOTE: SPA BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY: To avoid disappointment during our busy periods, it is recommended that you book treatments in advance. Credit card details are applicable for spa treatments at the time of booking. Group bookings require a 50% deposit upon booking.

We understand that schedules do change, however we kindly ask that you please give us 24 hours notice if you need to alter or cancel your appointment. Bookings cancelled within 24hours of your scheduled treatment will incur a 50% charge of the treatment value. Bookings deemed as "NO SHOWS" will be charged the full treatment cost.
